If you've posted twice in two days, you must not be moving around very much...Check w/ xbunny if there are any good books I can send your way. Unless reading is more painful to you than riding a trainer.

If you want, we can do trainer races... We can show up with everyone else at a crit, and when they fire the gun, we start up in the parking lot. We keep going as long as the race is going. Once it's all over, we can compare how far we each went relative to the pack. I bet you can out-TT the whole pack on a trainer...

Hear those things corner effortlessly.
But I imagine even PAB/CID will find away to lay the thing on it's side with him underneath.

My son broke his collarbone Thanksgiving Day 2006 requiring surgery and a very expensive titanium body part. Loooong rehab on the trainer....14 weeks. Talk about Winter of Our Discontent...
We used this Max Testa routine. Important is raising the front wheel to take pressure off the shoulder. He was able to recover, race into shape and successfully defend his NorCal mtb title.
