After my shoulder surgery my "personal surgeon" would not allow me to ride my bike for 8 weeks.

You know I did Russian intervals 5-6 days a week for those 8 weeks.

I truly believe that exercising so hard, getting the blood pumping, circulating the good stuff to the wound and carrying the bad stuff away is what allowed me to heal so quickly with less pain than anticipated.

Or, maybe it was those little candies they gave me? I'm not sure.

Bring me a bottle of wine and I'll let you take a nap in the Hyperbaric chamber. It speeds recovery.
Not Hypo, Hyper.

Glad to hear you're on the mend. You're probably in better shape than I am at this point.
